apartment "La Séranne" Montriond
The chalet is situated within 200 m of the center of the village, a little set back from the road leading to the Lake and Ardent (where the gondolas leave for the ski area of Avoriaz), and is in a sunny spot, with a beautiful view of the surrounding peaks.
The apartment is on the first and second floors of a house. With a surface area of about 150 m ², it can accommodate 14 people. The rooms are spacious and you have plenty of room.
This apartment is registered in the " Gîtes de France " and classified with three stars. It has a lot of charm and you will feel very comfortable there. There is car parking and an independent entrance. For the summer there is a garden, with a table to eat outside, a barbecue, and deckchairs. |  At the main level (1st floor) :
A big kitchen/dining room fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toasters, raclette appliances, stoves and fondue heavy saucepans...

1 electric shoe-drier, very practical in the winter for the ski boots which are very warm in the morning!! |  General information During the winter season, a free shuttle bus passes the chalet and takes you to the gondola at Ardent, or to the centre of Morzine.
The heating in the apartment is electric and you can set the temperature to suit yourself. You can make a real fire in the fireplace, which is very atmospheric in the winter.
In the summer and during January and April , you can rent either the first floor of the duplex, which makes an apartment big enough for 8 people, and this brings the price down; or you can rent both floors for 14 people.(See the price lists below) |
